Absolutely, we offer the flexibility to switch between plans to better accommodate your business needs if we have the capacity to accommodate.

DO HOURS ROLL-OVER IF UNUSED?

Unfortunately no as this can create capacity overload in the following periods. We encourage you to book the service plan that most commonly fits your needs each week/month. 

What level of technical expertise is required to work with your team?

No technical expertise is required on your part. Our team is equipped to handle all the technical aspects of Simplero, so you can focus on your coaching or consulting practice.

Can you assist with migrating from another platform to Simplero?

Yes, we offer comprehensive migration services to ensure a smooth transition from your current platform to Simplero with minimal disruption to your business. This would not be a retainer, it would be a one-off project. Contact us for a quote.

Do you offer training or tutorials on how to use Simplero?

While our primary service is to manage Simplero for you, we can provide customised training sessions or resources to help you understand the platform better if desired.

Is there a minimum commitment period for the retainers?

Our retainers are designed to be flexible. While we do have a minimum commitment of 3 months, you are not locked into a long-term contract after that period and can choose a plan that best suits your needs or cancel at any time after the minimum term is served.

How quickly can I expect responses and resolution to issues?

Our team is available on weekdays, and we aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours. Issue resolution times can vary based on complexity and capacity on the day but we strive to resolve all issues promptly. Regular contact times with your designated Simplero VA will be arranged directly with them on onboarding.

Are there any additional or hidden fees?

Our pricing is transparent and all-inclusive, detailed in the pricing table. There are no hidden fees; any additional services requested outside the retainer scope will be quoted separately and must be approved by you before commencement and billing. Please note, fees do not cover Simplero subscription or any other third-party support.

Can I customise the services included in my retainer package?
